Email is the only way to reach us. We answer every message as soon as we can.
A mistake in a question
Please copy the question and the answer you think is right, and say where you saw it (the website or the app). If you can, add the page of Our Common Bond. We check it against the guide, fix it, and list the correction on our sources page.
A problem with the app or the website
Tell us what you did and what happened, and your phone model or browser. In the app, Settings, Contact us opens your email app with the app version and phone model already added. It is sent only when you tap Send.
Payments and refunds
Apple or Google handles every payment, so refunds go through them: Apple or Google Play. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. If the Full plan does not appear after you paid, use Restore in the app with the same store account, then write to us if it still does not work.
Your data
To delete your data or ask what we keep, write with the subject "Erase my data". The privacy policy explains what to include.
Questions about your application or test date
We cannot help with your application, your appointment or your result. Only the Department of Home Affairs can. See the Home Affairs citizenship test page.
